ShiftDAgears Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. ShiftDAgears is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address or Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at ShiftDAgears@gmail.com
We will do our best to update your information before your order is processed. Please include your full name and order number when requesting changes.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, we will contact you to make corrections.
Once the updated address is confirmed, we will reship the order. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, tracking and delivery are handled by the carrier. Any delays after shipment are beyond our control.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to us.
